Breakfast: two eggs, half whole wheat pancake
Lunch: four pieces of deli turkey, eggs, beef burger without bun
Dinner: Meatballs, and a couple spoons of spagetti
Snacks: a lot of saltine crackers, milk mixed with spoon of coffee and cinnamon.
SIDE NOTE: went shopping today, got milk, oikos greek yogurt, two boxes of saltine crackers, cinnamon. yeah from now one i will limit myself other foods. try to eat mainly meats but however, if theres nothing else, i will eat a mixed. lets see how that works. ill still do the only protein and then protein vegetables. the day i eat p+v i won’t eat carbs! thats a good idea i think. lets see how that works
